Common Questions
Bookings
Browse our Tours, Hotels, or Flights pages. Select your desired option, click "Book Now", fill in the required details, and proceed to payment. You'll receive a booking reference number upon successful creation.
For unpaid bookings, cancellation is free. For paid bookings, a 20% cancellation fee applies and 80% will be refunded. Go to My Bookings, select the booking, and click Cancel.
Click "My Bookings" in the user menu or visit your Dashboard. Each booking shows its status, payment info, and allows you to download invoices or receipts.
Payments
We accept Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe and M-Pesa mobile money. Choose your preferred method on the booking detail page before paying.
Select M-Pesa as your payment method, enter your M-Pesa registered phone number, and you'll receive an STK Push on your phone to complete payment. Prices are converted from USD to KES automatically.
Once payment is completed, download the official Payment Receipt from the booking detail page. Invoices are available for unpaid bookings only.
Tours & Hotels
We offer Adventure, Cultural, Beach, Wildlife, and more. Each tour includes duration, difficulty, group size, and inclusions (accommodation, meals, transport, guide).
Use the search filters on the Hotels page to filter by city, star rating, and price range. Each hotel page shows available rooms, amenities, and a map location.
Account
Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner. Provide your email and create a password to start booking tours, hotels, and flights.
Earn 1 point per $10 spent. Tiers: Bronze, Silver (2000 pts), Gold (5000 pts), Platinum (10000 pts). Higher tiers unlock exclusive benefits!
